Comb Coils or Comb Twists
This is a step by step guide to the Comb Coils or Comb Twists style for nappy, napptural, or natural hair of African descent at home.

All great hair styles begin with clean, healthy hair. You can Comb Coil or Comb Twist nappy hair that is damp or dry. It all depends on if you prefer to detangle your hair while it is wet or dry. Choose a time when you are relaxed. Be patient and Comb Coil or Comb Twist in a slow, steady rhythm. Comb Coil or Comb Twist styles may last longer if you use a little gel or sleep with a simple stocking type cap over your hair. A Comb Coil or Comb Twist style may last up to several days, depending on how rough you sleep and whether or not you cover your hair at night.

Creating Comb Coils or Comb Twists

1. You can start with damp hair.

2. Use a comb to separate her hair into a small section. This section can be in the shape of a square, diamond, triangle,or even a circle if you have a lot of time on your hands. Make SURE it is tangle free.

Comb Coil or Comb Twist that are too tight lead to traction alopecia or hair loss.
